Apprenticeship (18 months)

BMG/ Bay PCN continues to grow and we are now seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to join our generalist HR team in this busy general practice.

Main duties will include providing administrative HR support, processing data, assisting with the administration processes of the employee life-cycle (e.g. recruitment, on-boarding, leavers) and being first point of contact for HR and training queries.

The Apprenticeship will include studying for the Level 3 CIPD qualification which will be delivered by Kendal College, and the successful candidate would need to commit to attending evening classes as required to complete the apprenticeship.

The post will be based at our Westgate site in Morecambe.
