We provide a competitive salary for a General Practice.


We offer the NHS Pension scheme to all new and as a member of the NHS Pension, you benefit from employer contributions - currently 14.38%.

If however you wish to not join the NHS Pension scheme we do offer an alternative, the NEST Pension scheme.


We offer a starting holiday entitlement of either 20 days or 25 days (plus bank holidays) dependent on the role. Holiday entitlement’s increase with length of service up to 30 days (plus bank holidays). This is based on full time work and would be pro-rata for part time.

Parking & Commuting

Employees can park on site for free at all of our sites. If parking on site is limited during busy periods, there will always be residential parking close by, ensuring all staff never need to pay to park at each Practice.
