Immune Defence
The Immune Defence Study is part of the RECUR Programme being run from the University of Southampton.
This study designed to determine if using nasal sprays, being more physically active and reducing stress, can help people reduce the frequency and severity of respiratory infections (such as colds, sore throats, sinus, chest or ear infections, flu and COVID-19).
Who can take part?
You may already have received a letter from the Bay Medical Group about taking part in this study.
- Aged 18 or over
- you normally get one of more infections a year and have a health condition
- you normally get 3 or more infections a year
