Advanced Clinical Practitioner

 

Bay Medical Group  are looking to recruit an Advanced Clinical Practitioner. 

Main duties of the job

  • Autonomous assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with acute and chronic presentations. 
  • Work as an integral part of our Advanced Clinical Practitioner lead urgent care team.
  • Champion new models of care delivery.
  • Demonstrate expert level clinical decision making within the primary care urgent care setting.
  • Provide high quality, patient-centred healthcare services with focus on vulnerable populations.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues and students.

This offer includes:

  • Hours per week: Full-time, Part-Time
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Salary: £51,015 to £63,647 a year pro rata based on 37.5 hours per week.
  • Closing Date: 12th October 2025
