Advanced Practitioner Clinical Lead

Bay Medical Group are looking to recruit a Medicine Management Officer. 

Main duties of the job

• Responsible for the development and integration of designated roles in  the Practice Team for the delivery of person-centred care for patients in Bay Medical Group. 
• The post holder will be integral to the delivery of safe, effective, consistent and high-quality care for patients, and in collaboration with collegues will be instrumental in promoting clinical excellence and best practice. 
• Contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of clinical activities, operating at a strategic level.
• Aim to continuously improve standards of patient care, advance the boundaries of professional clinical practice and facilitate multi-professional approaches to service development and delivery.
