It has come to our attention that certain documents, particularly letters from the hospital, were not visible due to a national software problem, which was out of our control. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this may have caused and we sincerely apologize for any disruption to your healthcare experience.

We are pleased to inform you that the problem has now been resolved! Moving forward, any new documents added to your electronic GP health records will be immediately visible.

However, we want to be transparent with you; it may take up to a month for older documents affected by this issue to become visible.

We want to assure you that despite this technical hiccup, your care has remained unaffected. Your GP team has had access to all necessary documents, ensuring continuity in your treatment and care.
