Our Appointment System
Due to the pandemic we have temporarily switched off booking appointments online. You will need to call our main surgery line 01524 511999 where you will be triaged then signposted by one of our trained Patient Advisor Team members.
Always advise us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend for your appointment – this will allow us to use the time for someone else.
If you have received a text reminder on your mobile phone from Bay Medical Group, and you cannot attend, just reply CANCEL to this text, you don`t have to ring the surgery.
Sorry, if you dont have a mobile phone and don`t receive text appointment reminders, you will need to call the surgery 01524 511999 and press the dedicated cancellation option number 6.
