Thinking about getting an ADHD diagnosis?

Here’s what you need to know

If you're considering an ADHD assessment, there are 2 main routes to start the process:

1. NHS Referral Pathway

  • Start by booking an appointment with us through the usual routes – online, by phone, or by popping in.
  • One of our GPs can refer you to the NHS ADHD service.
  • You’ll then be contacted directly by them with the next steps.

Waiting times

This route can have a long waiting time, and we have no control or influence over how long it takes.

2. Right to Choose (RTC) Pathway:

This option allows you to choose your preferred ADHD service provider.

  • Check out Right to Choose ADHD UK, before contacting us.
  • You may need to complete some forms before we can do the referral.

Waiting times

Again, we do not influence wait times– but we’re here to support you in getting started

If you’re unsure, speak to us and we’ll help guide you through the first steps.
