Patient Advisors

Patient advisors have a wealth of knowledge and will be able to answer most of your queries.  Although they cannot give advice on medical matters, they are required to ask specific questions regarding your medical concern and the more information you can give them the better equipped they are to be able to help you, or direct you to where help can be given. 

GP Assistants

A GP admin assistant handles tasks like contacting patients and other medical teams on behalf of GPs, scheduling appointments, updating patient records and supporting projects within the Practice. They ensure the smooth running of the practice by supporting both staff and patients.
